1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PuckLab.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Beta Service

PuckLab is currently in beta. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, data, and availability may change at any time without notice. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data accuracy, or feature continuity during the beta period.

3. Beta Access & Future Pricing

During the beta period, all PuckLab features are available free of charge. Following the beta, certain features may be made available only through a paid subscription. We will provide advance notice before any features transition from free to paid access. Free features will always remain available.

4. Use of the Service

PuckLab provides hockey analytics and statistics for informational and entertainment purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape, crawl, or automated-harvest data from the Service
  • Attempt to disrupt or overload the Service
  • Redistribute PuckLab data commercially without permission

5. Data & Accuracy

PuckLab uses publicly available NHL data and proprietary analytics models. While we strive for accuracy, statistics and analytics may contain errors. Do not rely on PuckLab as the sole basis for financial decisions, including but not limited to sports wagering or fantasy sports.

6. NHL Data Attribution

NHL and the NHL Shield are registered trademarks of the National Hockey League. NHL data is sourced from publicly available NHL APIs and records. PuckLab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NHL or any NHL team.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clear Signal Analytics Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
